Fiery Chilli Salsa

Prep time 10-15 mins
1/2 lb of cherry tomatoes or similar.
1/2 lb of Chilli's
4 Cloves of garlic
1 red Onion
2 sweet peppers one red one yellow
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil.
Mixed Herbs
2 tb Golden sugar

Take one large bowl, dice the chilli's*, Tomatoes and onion. finely slice the peppers, mince the garlic** and place entire contents into a bowl. In a cup pour a half an egg cup of Olive Oil, a half a cup of vinegar, sugar and a tsp of mixed herbs. Mix thouroughly and pour into the bowl, mix and leave to sit in the fridge until its needed. To keep for more time, keep in a jar, but use within three days

*If your not fond of really Firey food Deseed the chillis

** If your not fond of Firey food you may dice the Garlic instead

This goes really well with Chilli, a Fry up and lots of other dishes
